📝 1. Returns Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your purchase delivery, we typically cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
📝 2. Eligibility for Returns
For an item to be eligible for return, it must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and Original Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: It must be in the original packaging, where applicable.
- Proof of Purchase: You must have the order number or receipt as proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain items marked as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned.
📝 3. How to Start a Return

- Please include your Order Number and the Reason for Return in your email.
- Once we confirm your return request, we will provide you with the necessary instructions and the address to ship the item back to.
📝 4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
📝 5. Shipping Costs
- If you are returning an item because it was defective or an incorrect item was shipped, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If you are returning the item due to a change of mind or buyer’s remorse, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
